MVP Studio
What happens first?
On our first call, we’ll touch on the core problem you’re trying to solve and how you think we should go about it. We aim to build MVPs in under 1 month.
Who handles project management?
We provide end-to-end MVP development services and handle all project and product management internally to deliver the finished, polished product to you. We keep you in the loop with weekly meetings, but you don’t need to worry about resource or project management.
The EpicDX MVP Studio is a $100K 30-Day Program to make sure that you bet on the Right Innovation Projects and Management Teams with Data, NOT Opinion. Why build a $1M product if you can 10X or 100X?

What and why?
The single biggest pitfall of corporate innovation projects is that they are funded prematurely. In the startup world, getting an MVP out as fast as possible is crucial. Startups only have a certain amount of runway before they need to bring in revenue or attract new investment. By contrast, most corporates aren’t dependent on any new products they’re trying to put out to market.
There are very clear differences between putting out MVPs in the corporate and startup spaces. It is, however, important to remember that one is merely an adaptation of the other, not a complete reworking.
The principles of the MVP remain the same in both cases: start with the learning objective, define a confirmable hypothesis, and design an MVP (product or service) with just enough features to satisfy early customers and to provide feedback for later iterations.

Our MVP Accelerator Program will jump start your ability to create new value and products/services/experiences that customers will pay for.
01.
Validate before you develop
Many initiatives start with the idea before the actual customer problem is being defined or validated in detail – they contrarily solve the “how” prior to the “what” and the “why”
Culture and mindset are great predictors of innovation success
02.
Gauge the culture
03.
Provide process
Provide a proven repeatable innovation process and a roadmap with planned results prior to additional funding
Assess capabilities to determine if your teams have the right skills and the right tools
